Cold Ash Pre-School is
run both with a team of staff and a committee.
Currently we have eight
members in the team who work with the children and an administrator.
All staff members are CRB checked as part of their enrolment and we
always have at least 50% of staff qualified in any one session.
Working closely with the
team of staff Cold Ash Pre-School is committee lead by 12 individuals
normally parents of children attending the pre-school. In committee
meetings decisions are made relating to policies and procedures, recruitment
and most importantly fundraising. The pre-school does not receive funding
from elsewhere and it is up to the committee to raise funds to make
improvements to the setting, take the children on trips and replace
equipment.
